Cabot Wins 6U State!
(It Would Have Been Hard to Lose)

The Cabot Rage 6U T-Ball All Stars made it a sweep in the 6 & Under Arkansas South State Tournament in Sherwood.  After playing the Cabot Panthers T-Ball All Stars to a dramatic extra-inning win on Monday, the Rage and Panthers met again in the tournament finals.   

The Panthers, who defeated the the Sylvan Hills Cardinals 6U team on Monday to earn the rematch game fought hard but came up one run short as the Rage won again, this time by a 10-9 final score.  The Panthers placed second in the tournament and the Sylvan Hills Cardinals took 3rd place.

All three teams will advance to the Cal Ripken Southwest Regional Tournament which begins July 10th in Cabot.  Congratulations to players and coaches and best of luck in the regional tournament.

The Arkansas South Cal Ripken 8 & Under State Tournament begins this week in Sherwood.  Tournament Brackets.
   

FALL BALL 2008

The CYBA Board has set the dates for the '08 fall session and registration will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on August 16th and 23rd at the old Parks & Rec office on Richie Road.  Fees are $50 per individual player or $500 per team.  More Information
 

Coaching Certification Required for Tournament Coaches in 2008
