CYBA By-Laws Amended |

| The Board of
Directors of the Cabot Youth Baseball Association amended the
organization's by-laws to include a formal grievance
procedure for members who may wish to make a complaint to the
Association. The board has always maintained an open-door policy in
respect to communications from the membership and the by-law change simply
makes the policy official and defines how the grievance should be filed.
